- Allumer le feu et attendre que la cocotte minute sonne (environ 45~60 minutes) puis éteindre.
- 10 minutes avant la fin de cuisson de la cocotte faire cuire les merguez et la semoule en suivant l'indication du paquet.
- Servez dans des assiettes creuses, pour ceux qui aiment bien épices rajouter de la harissa !
